An Asymptomatic Mass on the Wrist of a 44-year-old Female

Question 1:

A 44-year-old female presented with an enlarging but otherwise asymptomatic 2.5 cm mass on her right dorsal wrist that had been present for approximately one year. Attempted aspiration of the mass failed to yield fluid.
