Painless pink nodule on a thigh of a 94-year-old man

A 94-year-old man with history of celiac disease, schizophrenia and adenocarcinoma of prostate (22 years ago) presented to a dermatology clinic with a growing painless 1.5 cm pink nodule on left anterior thigh which had been present for unknown period of time. He was status-post radical prostatectomy and radiation with suprapubic catheter for 6 years, which was changed monthly during this time, and end colostomy due to large bowel obstruction for 3 years. Biopsy was performed.
