Asymptomatic ecchymotic plaques on the chest

A 74-year-old man presented with a one-week history of an asymptomatic eruption of ecchymotic plaques on the chest with accompanying fever and lethargy.  A biopsy shows the following histopathology on H&E (Figures 1-4) and immunohistochemical staining (Figure 5).
