A 79-year-old-male with a "lump" on the thigh

Question 1:

Clinical history: A 79-year-old male patient presented for evaluation of a “lump” located on his right upper inner thigh. The “lump” had been there for about 10 years; however, it had increased in size recently.  The gross appearance and the histology are shown below (Fig. 1-6)
