72-Year-Old Man with Papule of Medial Eye

Question 1:
A 72-year-old man presented with a new, solitary lesion located at the left medial canthus, involving the caruncle, which had persisted for a month. His past medical history included Parkinson Disease, hyperlipidemia, and anxiety for which he was taking appropriate medications. Physical exam revealed an erythematous papule with mild pruritus and irritation on the left caruncle (Figure 1). Biopsy of the lesion revealed the following histopathology (Figures 2-4).
