71-year-old female with linear, pruritic, hyperpigmented papules on her arm

Question 1:

A 71-year-old female presented with pruritic, hyperpigmented, dark brown-black papules that were arranged in a linear distribution along her right forearm. She first noticed these lesions six months ago. No nail abnormalities were observed. She did not have any underlying medical or dermatological conditions.
