Question 1:

A 55-year-old woman presents with a single lesion involving the lower outer quadrant of the left breast. The lesion is non-tender and non-pruritic. The patient has a history of invasive lobular carcinoma of the left breast 3 years prior and is status post mastectomy and radiation therapy. Physical examination shows a 7 mm tan-pink, superficial, papule at the 4 o’clock position, 7 cm from the left nipple. A 1.8 cm full thickness elliptical excision was performed (Figures 1-4).
