Violaceous nodules on the extensor elbow of an adult female

Question 1:

A 33-year-old Caucasian female with history of well-controlled Crohn’s disease presented with two pedunculated violaceous nodules on the extensor surface of her left elbow. The lesions were asymptomatic, but had been present for approximately 9 months. They were treated with excision per patient preference.
