Multinodular plaque on the scalp of a 60-year-old male ‎

Question 1:

A shave biopsy was performed on a 60-year-old male with a firm, skin colored to erythematous multinodular appearing plaque on the left occipital scalp (Figures 1- 7). The patient’s past medical history was significant only for hypertension and hypercholesterolemia.
