Asymptomatic linear cluster of papules on the back of a 72-year-old female

Question 1:

A 72-year-old female presented with a 4.0 cm linear cluster of flesh-colored papules on the left upper back (Figure 1). The lesions have been present since childhood and remained largely asymptomatic with slight increase in size and number over time. A biopsy was performed (Figures 2A-E).
