Infant with a papular rash

Question 1:

A healthy 7-month-old male infant presented with persistent red and white “pimples” that developed at 6 months of age. Physical exam revealed a folliculocentric papulopustular eruption involving the scalp, face, axillae, back, and groin. A biopsy was performed.
