A progressively enlarging nodule on the face of a 32-year-old female

Question 1:
A 32-year-old Hispanic female presents with a 2.5cm well circumscribed, red-brown nodular growth on the left nasolabial fold. The lesion had been steadily increasing in size over the past year and is otherwise asymptomatic (Figure1). Biopsies of the lesion revealed the following histopathologic changes (Figures 2-5):
