Mass of the Shoulder

Question 1:

A 70-year-old female presented with a 4.0 x 2.5 cm flesh-colored, firm dome shaped nodule on the left anterior shoulder, which had been slowly enlarging for a year. She endorsed full range of motion at the joint.  A 4-mm punch biopsy was sampled and histopathologic findings are shown below.
